Blu-John thru our parent company ADCO - Blu-John International, brings over 50 years of portable sanitation experience and knowhow to the Metro Atlanta area.

As one of the original members of the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) ADCO - Blu-John has either established or contributed to many of the guidelines and / or standards set by the portable sanitation industry in implementation today. From this experience blu-john has learned that there is much more to good service than just offering a general cleaning of its patrons portable restroom units. Point of Contact

Communication is vital to good service. At Blu-John we understand this fact and we have organized ourselves in a manner in which our custumers have several options in contacting us. Blu-John has 4 customer service representatives available all day from 6:00am to 5:00pm. This means if you have an emergency or an unexpected need out in the field, we can respond rapidly.

Our costumer service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable with a combined 60 years of experience in the portable sanitation industry.

Uniforms

Blu-John feels it is an important part of our service for our customers to be aware of us when we are on their jobsites. We have found that our custumers, in being responsible for the job site area and its contents, are very grateful that all of our service techs are easily identifiable in their clean, professional uniforms. Our service techs are also equipped with hard hats, to be used on all appropriate sites.

Restroom Cleaning

Where as most portable restroom companies just re-fresh the toilet paper and evacuate the tank on their service visit, blu-john pre-treats the restroom with a powerful, fresh smelling deodorant and then gives it a thorough washing down inside and outside the unit with a 1500 psi pressure washing system. This system is standard equipment on all our service vehicles.

GPS-Tracking

blu-john, with its GPS tracking system adds yet another valuable tool for its customer service program. Each blu-john service vehicle is equipped with a GPS system which is monitored from the office. blu-john can track, in real time, the position of its service vehicles, this helps greatly in responding in the fastest time possible to emergency service call or ASAP deliveries or pick-ups. Also, for security or service questions, blu-john can tell its custumers exactly when a service vehicle arrived at the customer’s job site, how long he stayed there, and what time he left the jobsite.

Equipment

To do any job right you must have good tools. blu-john is a strong believer in having the right tools. Offering superior service has to extend all the way to the equipment used to perform that service. This is why at blu-john we use all the latest technologies and the best equipment available in the portable sanitation industry today. Our service vehicles are “state of the art” and all practically new. Our vehicles are clearly marked with our company logo and corporate colors. All service vehicles are on a rigorous maintenance schedule and are kept clean and neat at all times. Our portable restrooms are also “state of the art” and play an important role in offering superior service. We designed and manufactured our blu-john restroom to incorporate several key figures we thought were lacking in other portable restrooms. Such as, a modern, distinctive design that looks attractive, almost 20% more interior, coat hook, and handbag shelf… Our blu-john restroom although stylish is also very sturdy, perfect for use as a special event unit or even for that construction site where the patron demands a little bit more.
